If a man is being nice to a woman does she take it as him hitting on/flirting with her?

This question had to be ask because a lot of men may hold the door open for a woman, buy a woman lunch, have a nice conversation with a woman, or if a woman's car breaks down he takes her to work. If a man does nice things for you does that mean he's hitting/flirting with her? Share you thoughts...
